Rules And Regulations

  1. No refund will be provided in case of cancellations one day prior to the trek
  2. 20 per refund will be provided if canceled two days before that.
  3. The event may get canceled or changed depending on natural calamities and the amount will be refunded only for cancellations of events.
  4. No refund will be given due to the sudden closure of the destinations and natural calamities after reaching the venue.
  5. We have planned events and any mishap or calamity on the behalf of participant won't be considered
  6. 6.    Please keep a buffer time of around 2 hours in the schedule.

Itinerary
  • Pickup points-Meet at IMDR GATE , FC ROAD , PUNE at 9:00 pm
  • Pickup point 2-Nasik Phata (Opp Kasarwadi Police Station) 9:30pm
  • 5.00 am: Reach Bari the base of Kalsubai.
  • Freshen up, have a packed breakfast and start trekking.
  • 8.00 am: Reach the highest peak and watch the magical sunrise
  • 8.30 am: Have Breakfast at top
  • 10.00 am: Start to Descend
  • 2:00 pm: Reach base and have lunch
  • 4.00 pm: Leave for Pune.
  • 9.00 pm-11.00 pm: Reach Pune with loads of memories.

  • What if I'm vaccinated a day before the trek?

       In such case, we would suggest you take proper rest and join us at an upcoming event.

  • Are washrooms available on the trek?

       Washrooms are available at the base village only. No facility is available during the trek.   

  • What is the type of bus?

       The bus is NON/AC Tempo Traveler with decent seating comfort.

  • What about extra baggage?

       You can safely keep your extra bags on the bus.

  • Are changing rooms provided?

       Yes, changing rooms are available in the base village.
